521.11 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN ALL VILLAGE OWNED PROPERTY AND VEHICLES.

(a) Smoking shall be prohibited in all Village owned property and vehicles, with the exception of a designated smoking area as established by the Village Council from time to time.

(b) Any person violating this section shall be given a verbal warning upon first infraction. Thereafter, further violation of this section shall be subject to citation as a minor misdemeanor.
