(a) Any statements, orders, proclamations, notices or reports required by law to be published, shall be published by posting copies at the following places within the Village of Bradford:
(1) Village Hall.
(2) Public Library.
(3) Post Office.
(4) Covington Savings and Loan.
(5) Patty’s IGA.
(b) Posting shall be in a conspicuous place in such buildings, and readily accessible to all members of the public at reasonable hours.
