121.01 REGULAR MEETINGS.

(a) The regular meeting of Council shall be held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month in Council Chambers located in the Village Hall, unless a quorum not be present on such day.

(b) The meeting time shall be established as 7:00 p.m. official time.
