715.02  REGULATION OF SOLICITING.
   (a)    There shall be no solicitation by uninvited solicitors permitted in the Village of Bradford (the "Village").
   (b)    An exception shall exist for organizations whose purpose or mission is to aid or assist a non-profit organization or purpose within the Village.
