(A) Upon request, an owner of rental property located in the Municipality, whether residential, commercial or industrial ("Rental Property"), shall file with the Tax Administrator a report prescribed by the Tax Administrator listing the name, address, and telephone number of each tenant occupying Rental Property owned by such owner.
(B) Within thirty (30) days after a new tenant leases Rental Property, the owner(s) of such property shall file with the Tax Administrator a report prescribed by the Tax Administrator listing the name, address, and telephone number of the new tenant.
(C) Within thirty (30) days after a tenant vacates Rental Property, the owner(s) of such property shall file with the Tax Administrator a report prescribed by the Tax Administrator listing the name of the vacating tenant, the date of vacation, and a forwarding address for the vacating tenant.
