182.053 COLLECTION AT SOURCE; CASINO AND VIDEO LOTTERY TERMINAL.

This Municipality does not currently have nor does it anticipate having any casino, raceway casino or video lottery terminal operations within the corporation limits. Should such an operation commence within the corporation limits, this section of the Ordinance shall be amended to be consistent with the provisions and limitations of ORC 718.031.
