1175.01  AREAS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS.
   (a)   The Subdivision Regulations apply to all areas which are at the present time within the corporate limits of the Village, which are undeveloped, and which may now, or in the future, be either subdivided or developed, and a subdivision shall include any further dividing of any existing lot or outlot now within the boundaries of the Village, with said further dividing of any existing lot or outlot to be approved by Council in addition to the approval of the subdivision plat.
 
   (b)   Upon the subdivision of any lot presently designated as an out lot said lots after the subdivision shall be given inlot numbering system of the Village, if the subdivision involved is of an already existing lot or outlot already within the corporate limits of the Village, and does not involve a large area, the Council and/or the Village Administrator may make recommendations as to the applicability of all requirements of subdivision ordinance, which may or may not be applicable to the particular subdivision.
