1167.02 STREETS TOUCHING UNALLOTED PROPERTY.

Where the land for proposed subdivision adjoins unalloted property capable of being subdivided, then the street and all improvements required under the Subdivision Regulations in such proposed subdivision shall be carried to the boundaries thereof.
