1165.13 RECORDING OF THE FINAL PLAT.

The final plat shall be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the appropriate County (either Drake County, Ohio or Miami County, Ohio) as required by law within sixty (60) days after date of final approval. The subdivider shall furnish the Planning Board with two (2) 11x14 positive photostats and one (1) reproducible on cloth or sizes as per county requirements in force at time of filing.
