After receiving a certification from each of the aforementioned officials, the Planning Board shall notify the subdivider of the recommended changes or suggestions so that the subdivider may correct the final tracing and submit same for final approval. The Planning Board shall take action on the final plan in the form of a tracing within thirty (30) days after same has been officially filed. When approved and endorsed in writing, the original tracing of the final plat shall be forwarded to Council for approval and endorsement. The tracing shall be returned to the subdivider.
