1165.05 APPROVAL.

Upon receipt of a certification from each of the aforementioned officials with their recommendations, the Planning Board within thirty (30) days shall express the approval, approved with modifications, or disapproval of the preliminary map. The action of the Planning Board shall be noted on two (2) copies of the preliminary map, referenced and attached to any conditions determined. One (1) copy shall be returned in the subdivider and the other retained by the Planning Board.
