1165.04 FILING OF PRELIMINARY MAP.

Five (5) copies of the preliminary map and supplementary map and supplementary material specified shall be submitted to the Planning Board with written application for conditional approval. The Planning Board shall within three (3) days after the filing of the preliminary map, transmit copies of the map to the Village Administrator, Village Solicitor, for their study and recommendations.
