   (a)   Agriculture and gardening including animal shelters.

   (b)   Home occupations (see Section 1105.02 ).

   (c)   One family dwellings.

   (d)   Public or private recreation facilities including parks, playgrounds, golf courses, boat docks, driving ranges. swimming pool and customary accessory buildings.

   (e)   Sale of produce and plants raised on the premises.
