Each newly constructed or erected dwelling in an R-2 Multi-Family Residential District shall have the following minimum floor area as defined in Chapter 1105
:
(a) For two dwelling units, a minimum of 750 square feet, per unit, of floor area;
(b) For three or more dwelling units, a minimum of 600 square feet, per unit, of floor area.
