1117.09 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.

Garages and other accessory buildings shall not exceed one story or eighteen feet in height. No unattached building shall be located in a front yard and if located in a rear yard shall be not less than five feet from the rear lot line or side lot line, and if located in the side yard shall be not nearer than the minimum side yard dimensions.
