Minimum lot area for one-family dwelling in the R-2 District shall be 6,000 square feet and 12,000 square feet for a two-family dwelling. For each additional dwelling unit, there shall be an additional 1,000 square feet of lot area*. Minimum lot width shall be 100 feet. Minimum front yard depth shall be twenty feet and minimum rear yard depth shall be thirty feet. Minimum side yard width shall be six feet and a total width of both side yards of fifteen feet.
*At no time shall the lot area be less than 3,000 square feet per unit.
