Minimum lot area in the R-1A District shall be 12,000 square feet. Minimum lot width shall be 100 feet with a minimum corner lot width of 125 feet. Minimum front yard depth shall be twenty-five feet and minimum rear yard depth shall be forty feet. Minimum side yard width shall be eight feet and a total width of both side yards of twenty feet.
Minimum lot area in the R-1B District shall be 6,000 square feet. Minimum lot width shall be fifty feet with a minimum corner lot width of sixty-five feet. Minimum front yard depth shall be twenty feet and minimum rear yard depth shall be thirty feet. Minimum side yard width shall be six feet and a total width of both side yards of fifteen feet.
