(a) At any time that sidewalks in the Village are to be reconstructed, the owner of the property, or their contractor or agent, must comply with the technical standards and specifications set forth in the description attached to original Ordinance 14-6 as “Exhibit A”.
(b) If the owner of the property, or their contractor or agent, has any questions relating to compliance with the technical standards, they shall contact the Village Administrator during Village business hours to obtain a clarification or answer to such questions.
