135.03 FEE FOR HAULING DIRT/GRAVEL.
   (a)   The Village hereby sets a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per load for hauling dirt or gravel for Village residents.
   (b)   There will be no charge for hauling dirt or gravel to be placed on designated alleys in the Village.
