1319.12 RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPLIANCE.

The Owner of any Commercial Structure, as defined herein, shall be responsible for the compliance of the terms of this chapter, and in the event that the lessee or occupant of the property fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter, it shall be the duty of the Owner to notify said lessee or occupant of any violations and the steps necessary to bring the items into compliance.
