(a) Any minor found in violation of this curfew ordinance shall be taken to the Miami County Sheriff’s Department and the parent, guardian or person having care and custody of the minor, shall be notified to come to the department and take personal charge of said child. The child shall be released only to the parent, guardian or person having care and custody of the minor; or, if appropriate, the juvenile authorities.
(b) Any minor who violates the provisions of the curfew ordinance may be charged as being an unruly child and taken before the Miami County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division, for disposition. (Ord. 07-15. Passed 12-13-07.)
