147.02 COMPENSATION, TERMS AND VACANCIES.

The members of the Village Records Commission shall serve without compensation. The term of the citizen member, who shall be a resident of the Village, shall be for a period of two years. Any vacancy of an unexpired term of the citizen member shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor for the unexpired term.
