All Residential Structures, and the premises thereof, shall be maintained free from sources of breeding, harboring, and infestation by insects, rodents, or other pests by means of proper extermination.
(a) "Infestation" means the presence within or around a Residential Structure of any insects, rodents or other pests.
(b) "Extermination" means the control and elimination of insects, rodents or other pests by eliminating their breeding and harboring places, by removing or making inaccessible material that may serve as their food, by any recognized and legal pest elimination methods.
