1305.01  INSPECTIONS BY COUNTY.
   (a)   The Village of Bradford hereby agrees to enter into an Inspection Agreement with the Miami County, Ohio Building and Regulation Department.
   (b)   The Village Administrator shall represent the Village in communicating with the Miami County, Ohio Building and Regulation Department regulating the erection and construction of residential structures within the Village.
