921.11  CLEAN WATER CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   All new roof drains, foundations drains, and other clean water connections to the sanitary sewer system are prohibited.
   (b)   Whoever shall violate subsection (a) hereof without authorization will be charged the expense the Village incurs to disconnect and plug the connection.
