Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of Section 921.02(d), the property owner shall be responsible and borne all costs to extend the public sanitary sewer to a location that enables the building to safely and effectively connect to the public sanitary sewer. Any modification to or extension of existing public sanitary sewer must be approved by Village Administrator. The use or construction of a private sewage disposal system within the boundaries of the Village of Bradford is prohibited. Any properties as defined in Section 921.02(d) must be connected to a public sanitary sewer.
