705.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter, shall be fined as a first offense, not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter as a second offense, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and/or thirty days imprisonment.
