It is the intent of this chapter to regulate, restrict and control home sales conducted on residence premises within residential zoning districts. It is not the intent of this chapter to prevent corporations not for profit, churches, temples, or recognized fraternities, sororities, clubs or lodges from conducting home sales, provided, such corporations not for profit, churches, temples, recognized fraternities, sororities, clubs or lodges, conduct their sales on real estate owned and/or occupied by such organization. It is further not the intent of this chapter to prohibit sales conducted by non-conforming businesses located in residential zoning districts.
