CHAPTER 171 Municipal Court

EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 09-13, passed December 10, 2009, the Mayor’s Court was suspended and abolished effective with the close of business on December 31, 2009. Violations of Village ordinances which originate in the Village of Bradford and which require filing, will be filed in the Miami County Municipal Court, with the advice and consent of the Village Solicitor.
