§ 116.04 RECORDING OF BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS.
   On receiving his or her license, the licensee shall have recorded in the office of the Utilities Director the location of his or her actual place of business and the name under which the business is transacted. Licensee shall immediately notify the Director of any change in either thereafter.
