§ 116.02 APPLICATION FOR PLUMBER’S LICENSE.
   Any person desiring to do business as a plumber in connection with the public sewerage, storm sewer, or water distribution systems shall file with the Utilities Director a petition giving the name of the individual or firm, and place of business.
