(A) Unless licensed by the city, no person or company shall perform any plumbing work to the public sewerage, storm sewer, or water distribution systems, or to any plumbing which is or is intended to be connected to the public sewerage, storm sewer, or water distribution systems.
(B) Plumbers shall be knowledgeable in their trade whether working on the public sewerage, storm sewer, or water distribution systems, or on any plumbing which is or is intended to be connected to said systems, and shall also be knowledgeable in the city's requirements and standards regarding same.
