§ 112.06 AUTHORITY TO SEARCH FOR STOLEN GOODS.
   Any licensee under § 112.03, when he or she makes application for and receives a license, shall thereby agree that any police officer, or any other properly designated person may at any time search his or her premises, junkyard, or place of business for stolen goods or junk, as designated in § 112.01, or for such goods or junk when improperly held or kept by the person, and if stolen goods or junk shall be found in the licensee’s possession or in or about his or her premises or place of business, as above designated, and the licensee knows the goods or junk are stolen or improperly held, the licensee shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
