Every license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the first Monday in June after the date of its issuance. Each application for a license shall contain an agreement on the part of the applicant that he or she will accept the license, if granted, on the condition that it may be suspended or revoked at the will of the Mayor. Any license issued under § 112.03 shall state the street number of the yards or office designated in the application as constituting the principal place of business of the applicant, and the license shall not be used for any other location without the approval of the Mayor.
