§ 112.04 REFUSAL TO ISSUE LICENSE.
   The Mayor or such officer as he or she shall designate may refuse to issue a license to any applicant who has previously been convicted of any felony, or has twice been convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter, or for other good cause shown.
