(A) Vault regulations. In order to minimize the cost of maintenance of the graves in Oak Grove Cemetery, the following vault regulations are established.
(1) Wood vaults are prohibited.
(2) Acceptable vaults shall be made of concrete, steel, or material acceptable to the Public Works Director.
(B) Cremation urns.
(1) Cremation urns must be made of metal, fiberglass, ceramic or a material acceptable by the Public Works Director. No cardboard boxes or wood containers will be allowed.
(2) Two cremation burials will be permitted in a single grave area. Additional such burials may be allowed in special cases with permission obtained from the Public Works Director.
