§ 76.24 PARKING TIME LIMITS.
   Each parking meter within the parking meter zones as set forth in § 76.20 shall have the maximum allowable time affixed on the meter post. The maximum times shall be as follows:
   (A)   Fifty cents per hour, three-hour maximum parking. No person shall park a motor vehicle in a three-hour maximum meter space for a continuous time longer than three hours.
   (B)   Fifty cents per hour, ten-hour maximum parking;
   (C)   Fifty cents per hour, one-hour maximum parking. No person shall park a motor vehicle in a one-hour maximum meter space for a continuous time longer than one hour.
   (D)   Vehicles parked in short-term, on- street parking spaces must move vehicle at least one city block every two hours.
   (E)   Vehicles with a current and valid handicap placard parked in a designated handicap parking space within city-owned parking lots are free of charge.
