(A) Notwithstanding § 76.04(A)(12), a commercial truck may park alongside any stopped or parked vehicle when in front of a business establishment for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise, not to exceed 30 minutes but not when there is parking space available within reasonable distance of the establishment, when there is an alley or other facilities available in connection with the business or business establishment for such purpose, or when the operator of the truck is performing some act in connection with his or her personal affairs.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
