The applicant will be notified in writing of any deficiencies in the completeness of the application and shall have 30 days from the date thereof to correct any deficiencies and complete the application. If the deficiencies in the completeness of the application are not corrected within 30 days, the application shall be deemed null and void, and any application fees will be forfeited to the city.
