§ 150.13 DEFINING STRUCTURE HEIGHT.
   (A)   Structure height is the vertical distance between the average grade plane of the structure and the highest point of any flat roof or the midpoint of any pitched roof. [SH]
   (B)   The height regulations prescribed herein shall not apply to telecommunications facilities, church spires, belfries, monuments, tanks, water and fire towers, cooling towers, ornamental towers and spires, cupolas, chimneys, elevator bulkheads, smokestacks, conveyors, and flagpoles, except where the height of such structures will constitute a hazard to the safe landing and takeoff of aircraft at an established airport.
