§ 35.38 ONEOHIO OPIOID FUND.
   (A)   The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish a new special revenue fund to account for the receipts and expenditures of moneys received pursuant to the OneOhio Opioid Settlement Plan.
   (B)   All funds distributed to the City of Bowling Green, pursuant to the OneOhio subdivision settlement shall be placed in such special revenue fund to be used only for the approved purposes as required by the OneOhio MOU.
