§ 35.37 LOCAL AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND.
   (A)   The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish the following fund: 2027 - Local American Rescue Plan Act Fund.
   (B)   The city affirms that all funds received from ARPA will be expended only to cover costs of the subdivision consistent with guidelines set forth by ARPA, and such funds will be accounted for and reported to the U.S. Department of Treasury in accordance with the requirements received from the U. S. Department of Treasury.
