To administer and implement the provisions of this subchapter, the Municipal Administrator is designated as the Housing Officer as described in R.C. §§ 3735.65 through 3735.70 and is authorized and directed (i) to take all actions required of the Housing Officer under those sections, and (ii) to submit annual reports to the Director of the Ohio Development Services Agency on behalf of this Council in accordance with R.C. § 3735.672.
