§ 155.83 APPLICATION FEE.
   All commercial or industrial projects in the Area are required to comply with the State of Ohio application fee requirements of R.C. § 3735.672(C). The city hereby waives the annual monitoring fee set forth in R.C. § 3735.671 (D).
