(A) No person who is aware that he or she has removed or damaged any barrier, light, or other warning device, or who has extinguished any light, shall fail to stop and immediately replace the barrier or other warning device, or relight the light, if extinguished, or in lieu thereof to immediately notify the Police Department that the barrier, light, or other warning device has been damaged, removed, or extinguished.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
