§ 11.04 THIRD WARD.
   The Third Ward shall include all that part of the city, which lies south of the center line of West Wooster Street and west of the center line of South Main Street, and additionally, shall include the area beginning at the center point of the intersection of Clough Street and South Main Street, and continuing east along the center line of Clough Street to the center point of Clough Street and Mercer Road, then continuing north along the center line of Mercer Road to the center point of the intersection of Ridge Street and Mercer Road, then west along the center line of Ridge Street to a point aligned at 90 degrees with the center point located halfway between Baldwin Street and Williams Street in the center line of East Wooster Street, then south on a line to the center point between Baldwin Street and Williams Street on the center line of East Wooster Street, then west along the center line of East Wooster Street to the center point of East Wooster Street and South Main Street, then south along the center line of South Main Street to the center point of the intersection of the center lines of Clough Street and South Main Street.
