The Second Ward shall include all that part of the city, which lies east of the center line of South Main Street, and south of a line beginning at the center point of South Main Street and Clough Street, thence east along the center line of Clough Street to the center point of the intersection of Clough Street and Mercer Road, thence north along the center line of Mercer Road to the center point of Mercer Road and East Wooster Street, thence east along the center line of East Wooster Street to the corporation limits of the city.
