§ 132.25 SMOKING ON CITY PARK PROPERTIES PROHIBITED.
   Effective January 1, 2019, all smoking of any substance, including vapor-producing devices, shall be prohibited on all city park properties, whether inside or outdoors. Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
