§ 35.36 2091 WOOSTER GREEN.
   The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish the following account: 2091 Wooster Green. The purpose of this account will be for the general maintenance, repair, replacement or purchase of the grounds and furnishings of the area known as the Wooster Green at the southwest corner of Church and Wooster Streets.
