(A) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to establish the following capital project fund: City Park Building Fund.
(B) The Finance Director is further authorized to do all things necessary and proper to manage the monies in the fund consistent with the provisions of the fund, including carryover of existing dollars, receipt, investment and disbursement of those monies.
(C) This section shall become effective with the 2018 budget year.
